Significant changes have occurred recently, including the use of waivers and hybrid appraisals. More changes are anticipated in the next couple of years, including property data collection, form changes, use of AI. Some of these changes will be discussed in this seminar. Real estate agents may be asked to do property condition reports, required for a couple of steps in the valuation spectrum. A copy of a prototype of the dynamic new residential appraisal form will also be provided as part of the material, with class discussion.
